Podemos sufrir\u00a0traumatismos por\u00a0chocar con un compa\u00f1ero o con el cristal e incluso al darnos un golpe con la propia pala, realizar un mal esfuerzo o someternos a una fatiga muscular intensa; todas esas situaciones pueden ser causa de un desgarro.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, no calentar o no hacerlo de forma adecuada antes de jugar es otro de los motivos por los que surgen los\u00a0<strong>desgarros musculares<\/strong>, por lo que es importante tomarnos nuestro tiempo para preparar todos los m\u00fasculos por medio de ejercicios de calentamiento y estiramiento.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, una mala circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, ser sedentarios, la desnutrici\u00f3n o algunas enfermedades como la diabetes pueden aumentar tambi\u00e9n nuestras posibilidades de sufrir este tipo de lesi\u00f3n mientras jugamos.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de desgarros existen?<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan su gravedad, podemos decir que existen desgarros de grado leve, moderado y grave. Los primeros consisten en un estiramiento o rotura de alguna fibra muscular que hace que experimentemos una molestia ligera. Son los menos graves y no impiden apenas la movilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, los desgarros de grado moderado son aquellos en los que existe una rotura de fibras de cierta consideraci\u00f3n en el m\u00fasculo o tend\u00f3n. La palpaci\u00f3n suele ser dolorosa y se producen p\u00e9rdidas en la movilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, los desgarros de grado grave son aquellos que provocan una rotura total de las fibras musculares. La lesi\u00f3n se puede notar al palpar sobre la zona y el dolor es bastante\u00a0m\u00e1s intenso que en los dos casos anteriores, afectando de forma muy considerable a la movilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Otra clasificaci\u00f3n de los desgarros musculares puede hacerse en funci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas. De este modo, podemos hablar de desgarro multifibrilar, fibrilar, miofacial, fascicular y total, as\u00ed como de adherenciolisis.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se tratan los desgarros musculares?<\/h2>\n<p>Generalmente para tratar los desgarros musculares se emplea la t\u00e9cnica RICE, consistente en el reposo, la aplicaci\u00f3n de hielo, la compresi\u00f3n con venda y la elevaci\u00f3n del miembro lesionado.
