Se trata de un conjunto de m\u00fasculos y ligamentos que se hallan en la parte inferior de la cavidad p\u00e9lvica y que act\u00faan como soporte de los \u00f3rganos que aqu\u00ed se ubican (vejiga, \u00fatero, etc.). Diversos factores pueden da\u00f1arlo, un ejemplo es la <strong>postura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde <strong>Centres Cruz, expertos en fisioterapia y rehabilitaci\u00f3n en Barcelona<\/strong>, te explicamos qu\u00e9 relaci\u00f3n existe entre la postura que adoptamos y el suelo p\u00e9lvico, c\u00f3mo puede afectarlo, y c\u00f3mo actuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relaci\u00f3n entre la postura y el suelo p\u00e9lvico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La postura y el suelo p\u00e9lvico tienen una estrecha relaci\u00f3n. El suelo p\u00e9lvico se ve influenciado por la posici\u00f3n y el correcto funcionamiento de otras estructuras como el abdomen, la columna lumbar y el diafragma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abdomen debe colaborar con la musculatura perineal (que soporta el peso de la gravedad) y no a\u00f1adir presiones extra. El m\u00fasculo transverso del abdomen, por su parte, act\u00faa como faja y apoyo, mejora la postura y equilibra la presi\u00f3n lumbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La columna lumbar est\u00e1 \u00edntimamente ligada a la musculatura del suelo p\u00e9lvico, ya que se halla relacionada con la pelvis. Los movimientos lumbop\u00e9lvicos, como la anteversi\u00f3n (sacar los gl\u00fateos hacia afuera) o la retroversi\u00f3n (sacar el pubis hacia afuera), no son perjudiciales, si bien, s\u00ed si se mantienen en el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pelvis debe estar en posici\u00f3n neutra y alineada con la columna, es decir, no debe estar hacia adelante ni hacia atr\u00e1s.
