Por lo tanto, la combinaci\u00f3n de estas tres disciplinas, el <strong>Triathlon<\/strong>, no es solo una prueba intensa, sino tambi\u00e9n beneficiosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde <strong>Centres Cruz Navarro, especialistas en fisioterapia y rehabilitaci\u00f3n en Barcelona<\/strong>, os contamos c\u00f3mo prepararse para \u00e9l y evitar lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un Triathlon y c\u00f3mo prepararse para uno?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como hemos comentado, el Triathlon es un deporte que implica la realizaci\u00f3n de 3 pruebas deportivas distintas, que consisten en nataci\u00f3n, ciclismo y marat\u00f3n. Estas disciplinas se llevan a cabo en orden y sin interrupci\u00f3n entre una y otra. Las transiciones son el tiempo en que el triatleta cambia de una disciplina a la siguiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Est\u00e1 claro que el Triathlon es una actividad dura, por lo que la preparaci\u00f3n para \u00e9l debe ser concienzuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de iniciarse al entrenamiento para preparar un Triathlon es fundamental seguir algunos puntos importantes tales como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Realizarse un chequeo m\u00e9dico completo.<\/li><li>Seguir una buena dieta, con 5 comidas al d\u00eda, evitando los alimentos procesados y consumiendo carbohidratos complejos y prote\u00ednas de calidad.<\/li><li>Obtener una hidrataci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lo referente al entrenamiento, es crucial, en primer lugar, valorar el nivel de nataci\u00f3n, organizar el entrenamiento y dejarse guiar por un entrenador personal y\/o fisioterapeuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El entrenamiento debe ser, m\u00ednimo, de entre 6 y 8 semanas para una persona sana y con buena forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este entrenamiento debe organizarse de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 entrenamientos a la semana de nataci\u00f3n (30-45 minutos por sesi\u00f3n).<\/li><li>2 entrenamientos a la semana de bicicleta (uno de los d\u00edas, la sesi\u00f3n debe durar cerca de 2 horas).<\/li><li>2 entrenamientos a la semana de carrera a pie.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, es mejor concentrar las actividades en 3-4 d\u00edas a la semana, en vez de en 6 d\u00edas, es decir, combinar m\u00e1s de una actividad en varios d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 lesiones pueden sufrirse al practicarlo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe destacar que el Triathlon, al ser la combinaci\u00f3n de tres disciplinas distintas, puede generar todas sus lesiones.
